This hotel is a perfect spot for a stay in Lanzarote, offering comfortable rooms with excellent air conditioning for the hot weather, lovely terraces with sun beds and a refreshing bottle of cold water waiting for you. Having your own terrace adds a nice touch to the room experience. The staff across all departments could benefit from a customer service refresher, from the reception to the bar, restaurant, and room cleaners.
